About Vijay
In his entrepreneurial journey, Vijay founded Predigle, an American multinational company focused on building a disruptive AI technology platform called “Pi.” Predigle Intelligence, or "Pi," is a comprehensive SaaS platform that activates data, making it actionable and monetizable for businesses. The platform aims to revolutionize the way businesses conduct their daily operations. Predigle has rapidly expanded, offering a multitude of products and services while serving as the foundational entity for the entire Esper Group of companies.
Prior to this, Vijay served as the Senior Vice President at GalaxE Group. He led a large Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and was a member of the Executive Leadership team, responsible for the growth of large healthcare client accounts with strategic and operational oversight for all services delivered.
Vijay’s expertise in creating and supporting digital solutions to drive revenue and profitability is rooted in his focus on collaboration, subject matter expertise, and a technology-agnostic approach to solutions. His responsibilities included planning and implementing enterprise systems within his SBU to support business operations, improving cost transparency and effectiveness, service quality, and business performance. He excels at driving innovation to address key organizational challenges and serves as a subject matter expert on technology platforms and solutions. Passionate about solving industry problems through automation and agile execution, he embraces artistic engineering to build and deliver transformative solutions and products, ensuring customer delight. His leadership style emphasizes fostering a positive environment, teamwork, a passionate culture, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Vijay enjoys spending time with his family—his wife Uma and his son Vallabh. He loves engaging in tech-inspired DIY projects and has a green thumb for nurturing organic gardens. In his spare time, he enjoys binge-watching TV series and movies. He also likes playing badminton and is recently exploring the world of tennis.
