In his 21 year career at Medco-Express Scripts, Parag started his journey as a developer and grew through the ranks with increasing levels of responsibilities leading large global teams. During this time, Parag played a pivotal role in driving digital transformation of Home Delivery, Specialty Pharmacy Business and Contact Centers. Parag also led the $26B merger of Medco and Express Scripts Specialty Pharmacy.
At Johnson and Johnson, Parag led Hosting and Data platforms services globally as a centralized shared service across Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer and Supply Chain businesses. In this role, he led the enterprise-level hybrid cloud and data strategy delivering multi-cloud AI-ML platform accelerating business outcomes, a multi-region S/4 HANA platform driving ERP and Treasury consolidation, Edge modernization with hybrid cloud platform. In addition to delivering value for the J&J business, Parag led the transformation of infrastructure engineering and operations organization to a future ready agile organization and delivering on developer experience.
Most recently, at Credit Suisse, Parag led the infrastructure services, platform engineering and architecture as a centralized shared service function across all businesses globally. As part of the bank’s digital transformation strategy, he led the delivery of a multi-year program focused on driving end to end value acceleration and risk-control framework modernization. With UBS acquisition, Parag focused on the due diligence and integration planning of the two global banks with $5 Trillion in combined assets.
Parag has a proven track record of working as a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives, as well as core engineers and architects, to align programs, goals, and objectives to strategic priorities.
Parag resides in New Jersey with his wife and two teenage daughters. He holds a Masters degree from Columbia University, New York.
